Warranty policy of Welter's Welders LLC
This is not a legal warranty contract, but is a summation of our legal warranty terms and conditions.

1) Warranty parts MUST BE RETURNED to our factory for our inspection prior to replacement or repair under warranty.
2) Welter's Welders LLC Warrantee's all parts made by us for one full year starting on the day the unit is shipped from our factory.
3) Welter's Welders LLC extends to the unit buyer all warrantee's of the components used to build the unit.
Those warrantee's vary from vendor to vendor. Welter's Welders LLC attempts to use vendors with reasonable warrantee's. And will work on your behalf to make sure those warrantee's are honored.
4) All warranty work is normally performed at OUR FACTORY.
5) On-site visits will require a purchase order to cover travel expenses and travel time. (See Service Call Rates below)
After our technician determines your problem is covered under warranty, only the parts and the actual time to repair the unit will be covered by the warranty.
6) Parts that are abused, or damaged from negligence or improper maintenance will not be covered under warranty.
7) Shipping costs to our factory are your responsibility.
8) Shipping costs for warranty replacement parts returned to you will be paid for by us via UPS Ground. Faster delivery will require a Purchase Order from you specifying the shipping arrangement.
9) We will repair, or replace defective parts at our option.
10) The warranty is for defective or flawed parts. Tip and Anvil Electrodes are warranted as well, BUT they are not warranted to last a year with use. Tip and Anvil Electrodes REQUIRE regrinding and dressing to operate correctly. Parts that are worn out will not be warranty replaced. Parts that may crack or break prematurely will be replaced.
 

Examples of non warranty parts:
Horns with significant dents, scraps or gouges and have cracked because of this damage will not be replaced.
Solenoid valves that do not work because of debris inside of them from the dirty air supply will not be replaced.
Rubber air cylinders that have burst because of external damage will not be replaced.
Tip or Anvil Electrodes that have melted down due to excessive current will not be replaced.
This is a list if EXAMPLES. All possible non warranty situations are not included.

SERVICE CALL RATES:
Travel time to your facility:- $50.00/hr. not to exceed 18 hrs/day inside the USA - not to exceed 20 hrs/day in North America. Travel time during Welter's Welders Holidays: $100/00 no limit.
Travel Expenses (Airline tickets, Rental cars, Hotel rooms, per diem at $50.00/day(food)) - Billed at cost.
Travel arrangements will be exclusively handled by Welters Welders LLC. Discounts and lower cost options available to YOU will be considered and used IF they meet our standards and you make sure we are informed of their availability.
Time in your facility: $75.00/hr. - weekdays 8:00 am to 5:00pm - $100.00/hr. - weekdays 5:00pm to 8:00am
- Weekends $100.00/hr 8:00 am to 5:00pm - $150.00/hr.  5:00 pm to 8:00am
Weekends start at 5:00pm Friday and end 8:00am Monday.
Holidays (see list below) $200.00/hr. 8:00 am to 5:00pm - $250.00/hr.  5:00 pm to 8:00am
FOR SAFETY REASONS - NO TECHNICIAN IS ALLOWED TO WORK MORE THAT 14 hours straight including travel time that day. A minimum 10 hrs. of rest time is required before returning to your facility.
